If you’ve ever gone to a social event where you didn’t know anyone, you know how uncomfortable that can make you feel.  Our goal is to eliminate every shred of apprehension and make you feel at home.

Since chiropractic care involves a series of visits, with each one building on the ones before, it’s important that our relationship can go the distance. We’ve found that one of the best ways to have successful patient relationships is to explain everything in advance. No surprises!

The more you understand who we are, what we do and why we do it, the better results you’ll enjoy. It’s as simple as that.

NEW PATIENT PAPERWORK

New patients often remark how “homey” our office is. That’s good, because our goal is to offer state-of-the-art chiropractic care in a comfortable surrounding.

Make Yourself at Home

On your first visit to our office you can, of course, expect to fill out paperwork (Unless you print it out and bring it with you).

Be prepared to discuss your current and past medical conditions, no matter how insignificant or ridiculous you think they may be. We’ll also discuss the goals that you have for your treatment. Goals are important because they help us track your progress and give you something to look forward to. Goals can be anything from picking up your children without pain to hiking through the mountains on a vacation.

Bring your list of medicines and supplements, medical records, x-rays, MRIs and reports if you have them. Your first visit usually takes a little over an hour from the time you arrive to the time you leave. That time includes paperwork, consult and exam, x-rays if needed and treatment.

We Explain Everything First

The purpose of your consultation with the doctor is to discuss your health goals and see if chiropractic is likely to help you. If it looks promising, a thorough examination will help identify the cause of your problem.

Patients appreciate that we explain everything in advance!

On your second visit to our office, you can expect to be surprised. We strive to have a no waiting policy.

You will walk in the door and login on one of our iPads so you can answer a few questions to let us know how you’re doing. After you sign in, we will begin your treatment and answer any questions that have come up since your first visit.

Feel free to bring a friend or loved on with you to have any questions answered or just for moral support. We have found that loved ones seem to be more supportive when they understand the problem and the recommended solution!

After the investment of time needed on the first and second visits, many patients become concerned that every visit will be of equal length.

Typical visits range from 10 to 30 minutes depending on your treatment needs. Each patient’s needs are different. Your feedback is important to us in helping you reach your goal. Tell us about any changes you notice, good or bad, so that we can adjust your treatment plan accordingly.

We are always available to answer any questions that you have throughout the course of your treatment. Patients at our clinic become part of a large extended family, and are comfortable being on a first name basis.

We want you to come in and feel like part of the family. Whether it is a shoulder to cry on, or a team of cheerleaders, cheering for the common goal, we are here to help you reach those milestones. We can also offer a free hug to anyone that needs one.

Like a regular workout at the gym, each visit builds on the ones before. Miss a visit and you can lose the momentum necessary to make the needed changes.
